Using Noya in Canva
Noya has a Canva app, so a card can sit inside a design you are already making rather than beside it.
What the app does
It is a panel in the Canva editor. It gives the design you have open a card of its own, drops that card into the design as a live embed (the card itself, which people can read and write on from inside the design), and opens it in Noya when you want to change something about it.
Finding it
Open a design, then Apps in Canva's side bar, and look for Noya. It appears only while a design is open: the panel belongs to the editor and to nowhere else in Canva.
The first time you open it
The panel asks whether this design already has a card. If it does not, one button makes one. Opening the app again on the same design brings back the same card rather than making a second.
Adding the card to the design
Add to design places the card on the page you are on as an embed, and it stays live: whatever people write on the card turns up there without anything being re-inserted.
Changing the card
Manage opens the card in Noya, in a new tab, where the title, the backdrop, the music and both share links are the ones you already know. The new tab is not a detail: signing in inside a frame does not work, so anything needing your account happens outside Canva.
What it needs
A Canva account, and a design open in the editor. You do not need a Noya account to make the card from Canva; you need one to keep it, and opening the card in Noya and signing in is what attaches it to you.
