Terms of Service

The rules for using Noya. There is no payment involved, so these are short.

Last updated 25 July 2026

1. What this service is

Noya lets anyone create a shared wall of messages, a group card, and invite other people to write on it. The service is free to use. There is no paid plan, no trial and no feature held back behind a payment.

2. Your account

You can start a wall without an account; it stays in your own browser until you save it. Saving requires signing in, which is what ties the wall to you, gives it a link that works for everybody else, and lets you reach it from any device. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself, and for everything done through your account.

Writing a message on somebody else's wall also requires signing in. It is what makes a message yours rather than a browser's, and it is what lets the wall's creator tell one contributor from another.

3. What you post

Everything you write, upload or record stays yours. By putting it on a wall you give us the permission we need to store it and show it to anyone who has the wall's link. That, and nothing more. We do not sell it, license it on, or use it to train anything.

You agree not to use Noya to post content that:

  • is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or threatening;
  • infringes somebody else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
  • is sexually explicit, or depicts a minor in any sexual way;
  • contains malware, or is used to phish or defraud;
  • is bulk unsolicited advertising, or an attempt to use the walls as a free file host.

We may remove content or close an account that breaks these rules, without notice where the content is seriously harmful.

4. Wall links are unlisted, not secret

A wall is reachable by anyone holding its link. We do not list walls publicly or put them in search engines, but a link forwarded on works for whoever receives it. Do not put anything on a wall that would harm you or somebody else if it were passed around.

5. Availability

The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uptime. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of it. If we ever shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice on this site so you can save what matters to you.

6. Deleting things

You can delete a wall you created at any time, which deletes the messages and files on it. Deleting your account removes your walls with it. Backups may keep copies for a short period before they cycle out.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Noya is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost data or missed occasions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always says when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.

9. Getting in touch

Questions about these terms go to support@noya.so, or through the contact page. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these terms.
